We’re very excited to let you know that we have started to ship the QTemp devices! We’d like to let you know some important information about the shipping process.

In addition to your perk:

1. Different color options. We initially only promised a gray color but were actually able to incorporate different color choices. You’ll be receiving the preferred color indicated on your survey: red, gold, or gray/silver.

2. Tracking numbers for international packages. We promised regular post which does not include tracking information. However, in most of the cases outside of Canada, we’re now able to ship the QTemps with tracking numbers.

3. Wristband lanyard. We have included an extra wristband lanyard as a gift in all packages.

Getting started with your QTemp

You will receive one QTemp in your preferred color, a lanyard, a user manual and a clip. (if you paid extra during the campaign for the clip.)

At first, please remove the battery insulation tab on the back of your QTemp. To begin using your QTemp device with the QTemp app, you’ll need to have a stable BLE connection. First, make sure the Bluetooth on your smartphone is ON.

  • For Apple iOS devices, tap Settings > Bluetooth.
  • For Android devices, tap Settings > Connections > Bluetooth.

Install and run the latest version of the QTemp app from the App Store or Google Play. Make sure you have version 1.4.18 or higher (app version info can be found in Settings). From the QTemp app, tap the Bluetooth button on the homepage to connect your device. We will continue to publish new versions of the QTemp app, so either keep your app updates on or continue to check the App Store or Google Play for new versions to get the latest features.

Shipping strategy

We’ve shipped out all orders to Canada and the United States, and we’ll continue to ship orders to the rest of the countries.
